Most leaders inherit a culture they did not design.
They inherit the habits, expectations, communication patterns, and leadership gaps that were already in place -- and then spend years trying to manage the consequences.
But culture is not something you have to accept.
It can be intentionally architected.
That message resonated deeply with the fire chiefs I spoke with this week because it changes the leadership question from:
“How do I get my people to perform better?”
to:
“What have we built that is shaping how our people perform?”
Next Wednesday, July 22, at noon Eastern, I’m hosting a workshop for leaders who are ready to stop managing inherited problems and begin designing the culture their organization actually needs.
You do not have to keep leading inside an architecture that no longer works.
I look forward to seeing you there!
Last month, we talked about how Jealousy triggered a man to kill his brother. This month we'll continue our journey through Genesis, delving into another challenging moment in history that started with arrogance and ended in mass confusion.
Join us the 22nd at 3 EST. You don't want to miss it!
